Hooray for Ohlone Volunteers!

 

The many helpful people who volunteer time, energy and effort to help with Ohlone’s various events make an immeasurable difference for the entire Ohlone community. Everyone who volunteers adds to the educational success and sense of community for our children; people contribute in a wide variety of helpful ways.

 

This page is set up to centralize some resources that you may need if you volunteer at Ohlone. We hope you’ll find these links and forms helpful.

Volunteer coordinators receive a personalized version of the volunteer coordinator introduction along with a list of people who have volunteered for each activity, if applicable.

To publicize Ohlone events, consult these Ohlone Publicity Procedures. To list something in the Arrow, please submit according to the Arrow Submission Guidelines, and in time for the deadlines listed in the Arrow Publication Schedule.

When an event has successfully run, please complete an Event Evaluation Form. Monies can be turned into the Treasurer with the PTA Deposit Form. Expenses can be requested of the PTA treasurer via this PTA Reimbursement Form; simply print, complete, and submit to the box or file drawer in the Ohlone main office.
